In this 24/7 digital era, it's easy to feel like you're 'ON' all the time and available to everyone else except yourself. Work demands, family needs, digital overwhelm and a never-ending to-do list can drain your energy and joy juice. 

If it goes on, resentment can build and you might find yourself snappy and irritable, especially with the people closest to you. It makes sense to snap at those closest to you when you feel life closing in so don't be too hard on yourself.

About Lyndal

Lyndal is a Life Enrichment teacher, author and coach passionately supporting and empowering women to cultivate the life of their authentic and deeply rooted desires.

In her first book, LifeGardener, Seed, Plant and Grow Your Full Bloom Life, Lyndal shares her deeply personal stories and the LifeGardening tools that helped her cultivate positive and powerful changes in her own life, even during the 2020-2021 Covid years.

Lyndal lives a deliberately un-rushed life on the far south coast of New South Wales surrounded by sacred mountains, spotted gum forests, divinely quiet beaches and an abundance of gorgeous cows.
